1. How may I obtain a MSDS for a product I've purchased?
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for download and can be found on their respective product page. They are in Adobe PDF format, in order to view and print them you will need to download Adobe Reader.
2. Where do I download product instructions for use?
Product Instructions For Use (IFU's) are available for download and can be found on their respective product page. They are in Adobe PDF format, in order to view and print them you will need to download Adobe Reader.
3. How do I place an order for your products?
To order our products, simply use our distributors page to locate the distributor in your country and contact them directly to place an order. If a distributor does not exist in your country, contact our head office. Please note that not all products are available in all regions of the world; ask your distributor for more information.
4. Do you offer product demonstrations?
Yes. If you are interested in a demonstration of a product, use our Literature/Demo Request form to make a request. We will try to respond to your request with available evaluation options within 24-48 hours.
5. How do I find out if your products are available in my country?
Use the distributors page to locate the distributor in your country and contact them to determine product availability. If there is no distributor in your country, please contact head office for more information.
